Just Culture Webinar

A Just Culture is an essential part of any culture which wants to learn from mistakes, errors and violations. Learning from failures requires us to understand what happened and how it made sense, but without a Just Culture, facts and details are hidden because those involved believe that such evidence will be used against them in an investigation or social media discussion.

A Just Culture is not a no-blame culture. There are actions which need to be punished, but punishment should not be the first tool out of the box. A Just Culture recognises we are all fallible and we should work to understand the 'how it made sense'.

Within this webinar, learn what a Just Culture really is, how you can apply it within your own diving, diving organisation or diving community, all to improve the safety of diving.
