The awareness developed in the Masterclass goes beyond that created via the initial theory of Essentials and the experiential awareness in the Applied Skills class. The awareness developed here allows you to abstract the concepts, ideas and tools to many different aspects so that you can enhance your performance as a diver and improve your diving safety.
Deeper Knowledge
With six times as much time spent on knowledge transfer, and three times more than the Applied Skills class, the Masterclass digs much deeper into topics, giving you lots of examples of joining the theory with practice. You will also learn from other members in the class as you share your stories and reflections, bringing the theory to life. This is an applied knowledge Masterclass. You won't just be better than yesterday as a diver, this applies to life in general.

Each week the 2-hour live session is broken down into 3-4 sections of 15-20 minutes of theory delivery, with 5 mins of group discussion relating to each topic, and then 20-30 mins of group reflection at the end focusing on practical application and takeaways.

Diving takes place in an inherently hazardous environment.
